Designing a pre-sowing seed treatment method and a combined sowing rig

Abstract The authors have designed a seed pelleter and combined precision sowing rig, which are the backbone of technology pre-sowing treatment sowing. method is based on operation continuous pelleter, where protective nutritious coating formed around seeds while they move along spiral trajectory. next component rig that performs several technological operations in one pass: laying drip tape for irrigation, polyethylene film precise holes film. trial results shown: ratio volumes pellets to plant 4.25:1; maximum moisture content 47.4%; during pelleting process, longitudinal moistening pellet volume variance factors increases by 2.015 4.25 times, respectively; optimal speed disk 90 min −1 ; time spent process 18 21 min; percentage qualitatively coated (pellets) 98%; unevenness along-the-row distribution ±6%; depth seeding down 3 4 cm.
